In a joint statement, the suppliers said that the system will be seen in BMW’s new vehicle platforms. According to industry sources, this technology will be used on BMW and Mini models beginning in 2013. BMW said that it will debut its new front-wheel and four-wheel-drive architecture on the third-generation Mini hatchback.
